What a perfect way to start the new year! the rooms were very clean and cozy with a lovely view from the terrace. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the location, near the center and several shopping malls.
The difficulty in reaching the hotel coming from Pristina due to heavy traffic and the need to turn around.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff is very professional and friendly, making me feel at home. The hotel is sparkling clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect and easily accessible with nearby transportation. Breakfast was excellent and a great start to my day. this hotel offers great facilities and amenities, including a beautiful spa and pool area.
Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is difficult to reach from the airport, requiring a long and frustrating drive through heavy traffic. once there, the cozy rooms with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, and friendly staff make up for the inconvenience. the state, of, the, art facilities in the spa and wellness center, such as the Himalayan salt room and sea water pool, are impressive. the food quality and service also deserve a mention.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The service was impeccable, and we were greeted with a warm welcome drink upon arrival. The location was perfect, with the hotel being near the city center and a mall right across the street. It made exploring and shopping so convenient for us.

The hotel was new and well-decorated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large bathrooms. Also, the staff was super friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Furthermore, the hotel is located near the city center and shopping malls, which was very convenient for us.
The pool was closed during our stay, which was incredibly disappointing, as we were looking forward to spending some time relaxing in the water. In addition, the hotel lacked an outdoor terrace area, which would have been nice to have.
